Information we receive
The project form can collect your name, work email, company, phone number, planned budget, selected estimate inputs and the requirement you write. Our hosting and security providers may also process limited technical information such as IP address, browser details and essential security-cookie data.
↑Why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond, understand the brief, prepare an indicative range or scoped quote, plan a possible engagement and protect the site from misuse. The on-site estimate is indicative; it is not automated acceptance of a project or a binding quotation.
↑Who handles it
Information is handled by Pumpkin AI Studio and the service providers needed to host, secure and deliver the enquiry to our studio inbox. We do not sell project-enquiry information.
↑Confidential material
Please do not send unreleased scripts, sensitive personal data, private model files or confidential production assets through the first-contact form. We can agree an appropriate confidential handoff or NDA process before receiving them.
↑Retention and security
Enquiry information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, scope the opportunity, maintain relevant production or business records and meet applicable obligations. Access is limited to people and providers who need it for those purposes.
↑Your choices
You may ask what enquiry information we hold about you, request a correction or ask us to delete it where applicable. We may need to retain limited information where a contract, dispute or legal obligation requires it.
